After your order has been processed, you will receive an email with your License Key and instructions on how to download your software, usually delivered within 1 business day.
One software license is required per named developer, per product, per year.
DataGridXL is licensed per frontend developer, per product, as an annual subscription license. Every frontend developer assigned to or contributing to the licensed product requires a named developer seat. The license covers one distinct software product, SaaS product, internal tool, website, application or redistributable application, with unlimited development, staging, testing, preview and production environments, servers and end users. Separate products require separate licenses unless covered by a written multi-product agreement.
DataGridXL may be distributed only as part of the licensed product and may not be distributed as a standalone library, package, SDK, template or development tool. It may not be used to create a competing data grid, spreadsheet component, grid builder or reusable developer component.
The annual subscription includes commercial production usage rights, version updates and support. An active subscription is required for continued production use. Evaluation use is permitted free of charge for internal evaluation, prototypes and proof-of-concept work but does not permit production, customer-facing or redistribution use.
