PDF Viewer for MAUI

• A page may not render after scrolling when PDFViewer's DisplayMode is SinglePage.
• DXFontRepository - DXFontRepository.QueryNotFoundFont event isn't raised when a document contains a missing font in MAUI applications and Docker containers.
• PdfViewer does not render certain pages in horizontal layout when scrolling with the page counter.
• PdfViewer throws TaskCanceledException when a Zoom operation is executed while the Free Text tool is active.
