Our prices include ComponentSource licensing and installation support, technical support is provided directly by the publisher based on their policies for support and the type of license you purchase. For your convenience, we retain an online backup of any licensing information that we have issued directly or has been provided to us by the publisher. You can request a FREE upgrade to a new version, if it is released within 30 days of your purchase. All sales are made on our standard Terms and Conditions and subject to our Return Policy. Please if you require any licensing option not listed, including volume licensing and older versions of the product.
New licenses of dotConnect are perpetual, and include a 1, 2 or 3 year subscription. The subscription includes all updates, major releases and technical support during the subscription period.
After your subscription expires, you can renew to receive another 1, 2 or 3 years of updates and support. If you choose not to renew, you can continue using the last version you are eligible to use.

The Subscription Program is an annual maintenance and support service. Users with a valid Subscription get the following benefits:
dotConnect licenses are permanent, and include a 1, 2 or 3 year maintenance and support subscription. You may continue to use the purchased product after your subscription period ends.
You can continue to use the licensed products for as long as you require. Subscription expiry means that you will no longer receive support or future product updates unless you renew the subscription. It is possible to renew your subscription at a lower cost than buying a new license.
Yes. New licenses can be added to a Devart account.
If you buy a new license, you are entitled to download and install any previous version of the same product.
Yes. You may install, activate and use one copy of dotConnect on one computer provided it is used by one person. You may install, activate and use an additional copy of dotConnect on a second portable device, laptop or home computer for the exclusive use of the same person only.
No. Source code is not available for dotConnect.
In order to transfer license ownership to another person or company, you must first seek permission from Devart. You will need to specify contact data of a new owner of the license, so Devart can update their records.
When you purchase a new licenses, you can choose 1, 2 or 3 years of Premium Support. You may choose to renew your subscription after 12 months, which will give you a further year of support and product updates. Premium Support is an advanced product support program which offers you expedited individual assistance with dotConnect-related questions from the dotConnect developers themselves. Premium Support is carried out over email and has a two business day response policy.
dotConnect does not require activation.
