Optimajet FormEngine Licenses are limited by the number of domains on which the visual form editor can be launched, the set of additional ready-to-use components that can be connected (such as Grid, QR Code, Sign), and the type of usage — whether for internal commercial use or integration into publicly accessible web applications with tenants, such as SaaS or other cloud services providing functionality to third parties not affiliated with the company that purchased the license.

If you plan to embed Optimajet FormEngine into your own products and sell it as part of your offerings, you will need an OEM license. Contact us for details.

It is assumed that the company does not provide access to this web application to third parties, such as tenants, as a service or SaaS. The licenses do not limit the number of developer seats within the company.

Usage Scenario for Building Public Web Applications or Services, e.g., SaaS – The FormEngine Enterprise Perpetual license is suitable for companies that require the full functionality and plan to embed the form designer into a public web application that will be used by clients or tenants of a SaaS service. The perpetual license also includes access to source code repositories for a period of one year, with the option to renew. The licenses do not limit the number of developer seats within the company.

Perpetual License
One-time purchase that grants lifetime access to the current version. Includes 1 year of updates and 2 months of technical support from the purchase date. After that, you can renew the update subscription. If not renewed, you may continue using the last version available during your active subscription, but updates and support will no longer be provided.
