For customers who want to continue to use their own servers to integrate PrizmDoc Viewer into their company’s internal systems or include it in their software products, which are sold and distributed to users.

Delivery:
The license terms of this product require that we verify your eligibility prior to it being delivered.
The verification process is normally undertaken during the office hours of your nearest ComponentSource Office but it can be expidited to one of our other offices should you need a quicker resolution. Live chat now to check we are open and to let our Customer Service team understand your needs.

After verification, your purchase will be added to your Accusoft Customer Account. Information on how to download, activate the software and assign your licenses will be sent to you via email, Usually within 1 business day.

Licensing:

PrizmDoc is available in Cloud (Accusoft-Hosted) and Enterprise (Self-Hosted) Licenses.

Cloud (Please call for Pricing)
Billed on an annual subscription basis, you will need to renew your license each year to continue to use the software. The price is based on the number of transactions your require each month.
A transaction is defined as a document viewed, document converted, document OCR function performed, form detected, or image compressed.

Enterprise
Billed on an annual subscription basis, you will need to renew your license each year to continue to use the software. The price is based on the number of servers* you are installing on.
Server is defined as equivalent to AWS m4.xlarge instances with 4 vCPUs per server: https://aws.amazon.com/ec2/instance-types

Microsoft Office Conversion, OCR, and Form Conversion are available as add-ons for PrizmDoc Enterprise Self-Hosted; please contact us for a quote.

Both Cloud and Enterprise options require you to agree to the SLA license.
