Licensing:

Licensed per year, you need a license sufficient to cover the number of data sources and active forms you require.

A data source is a M365 tenant, Salesforce Instance, or NetSuite Instance. A Sandbox or test instance/tenant is counted as a data source.

There are currently 4 subscription plans available. All plans build on the previous tier, adding more features as you move up.

  • Essential​ Tier:
    • Self Service: Knowledgebase access or Paid Support​.
    • Annual license.
    • Auto-Renewal​: Contract will renew on an annual basis.

  • Professional Tier:

    • Annual or multi year license​.
    • Up to 1 hour of Installation Support​.
    • Up to 1 hour of Product Onboarding Training.

  • Premium AI Tier:
    • Premium Support​: increase ticket response time and receive a dedicated Account Manager.
    • Increased functionality: receive all features from the Professional Tier and more.
    • Annual or multi year license​.
