For your convenience, we retain an online backup of any licensing information that we have issued directly or has been provided to us by the publisher. You can request a FREE upgrade to a new version, if it is released within 30 days of your purchase. All sales are made on our standard Terms and Conditions and subject to our Return Policy. Please if you require any licensing option not listed, including volume licensing and older versions of the product.

Licensed per server, per year. To continue to use Pro Cloud Server after the first year you will need to purchase another Annual Subscription License.
Pro Cloud Server licenses include support and maintenance for the duration of the subscription.
Pro Cloud Server is hosted on your firm's Intranet, LAN or Cloud.
The Pro Cloud Server License offers a 3 month 'Proof Of Concept' license for Prolaborate. A separate Prolaborate License is needed.

Please note: Enterprise Architect by Sparx Systems is required to create the models that are available on the Pro Cloud Server. It is intended that the products work together so it is advised that you purchase both products.
