A flat annual fee including product updates, technical support, AI Productivity Tools, and any forthcoming exclusive benefits. The Subscription License must be renewed to continue to use the software.

Licensed Developers may install the Software on multiple machines, so long as the Software is not being used simultaneously for development purposes at any given time by more Licensed Developers than You have License seats.

Each License includes 12 months Lite Support

Maintenance & Support Renewals for Perpetual Licenses
Perpetual licenses are no longer available for new purchases. Existing customers can continue to renew their maintenance and support. Renewal does not include Subscription-only benefits, such as AI Productivity Tools and UI customization features. To access these features, you will need to move to a Subscription License.

• Early - up to 60 days before the current expiration date, the new expiration date will be calculated based on the original order date.
• Standard - up to 60 days after the current expiration date, the new expiration date will be calculated based on the original order date (backdated).
• Welcome Back - more than 60 days after your subscription expired, the new subscription expiration date will be calculated based on the date of purchase of the Welcome Back Renewal or Upgrade.

Telerik UI Accelerator Renewals for Perpetual Licenses
Telerik UI Accelerator (includes Telerik Page Templates, Building Blocks and ThemeBuilder Ultimate) is no longer available as an add-on for perpetual licenses; customers with an existing UI Accelerator Subscription Add-on should contact us to discuss renewal options.
