For your convenience, we retain an online backup of any licensing information that we have issued directly or has been provided to us by the publisher. You can request a FREE upgrade to a new version, if it is released within 30 days of your purchase. All sales are made on our standard Terms and Conditions and subject to our Return Policy. All Text Control licenses are permanent. You can continue to use the purchased product after your subscription period ends.
You can continue to use the licensed products for as long as you require. Subscription expiry means that you will no longer receive future product updates unless you upgrade. It is possible to renew your subscription at a lower cost than buying a new license, if you do so within 30 days after the expiry date.

Yes. TX Text Control ActiveX Enterprise/XML is licensed per developer, so one developer is allowed to use the license on multiple machines provided that no other developer is using it.
No. Source code is not available for Text Control products.
Yes. A license can be transferred from one developer to another. Please note that the first developer will no longer allowed to use the software.
When you purchase a TX Text Control Subscription license you are entitled to an unlimited amount of free technical support during your subscription period. This includes direct access to the support engineers by telephone, e-mail and online chat. All support requests are free of charge for active subscriptions.
TX Text Control ActiveX Enterprise/XML does not require activation, but developers who need support must be assigned to the license online.
