After your order has been processed, you will receive an email with your Serial Number and User ID, plus instructions on how to download your software, usually delivered within 1 business day.
One software license is required per user.
Each license entitles you to updates to the software and technical support for one year, after that time if you wish to receive support and continue to download the latest version you will need to purchase the software license again.
Please Note: You will need to authorize the computer you install the software on. If you have installed the trial version please uninstall it before installing the full version. After installing the full version you should run the application and go to the Share/Buy menu where you will find the Authorize button. From the form you will find your specific Machine ID which you must use to email a request for your authorization code.
