VisualSP Enterprise Licensing

To support Microsoft Office 365 apps users, licensing is per user as an annual subscription.
A customer with 1,000 users will require a 1,000-seat license. There is no licensing difference between an admin and an end user.
You will need to renew your user licenses each year to continue to use the software.

VisualSP Enterprise Annual Subscription includes:

  • VisualSP App for Microsoft Office 365 - Contextual overlay system in the web browser.
  • Preconfigured Content - 100's of Microsoft 365 training content items deployed and kept up to date by the VisualSP team.
  • Custom Content - Customize existing training content or create your own custom help items.
  • Custom Branding - Product can be customized with your company name and logo.
  • Online Support - Full online support for all customers is provided.
  • VisualSP App for Microsoft Teams - Learning app that resides within Microsoft Teams.
  • Usage Analytics - Complete analytics and reporting of user activities.
  • Training Webinars - Monthly training events for your users conducted by VisualSP experts.
  • Premium Support - 6 business hours or less response time.
  • Product Assistance Services - Ongoing performance Reviews as well as custom implementation of your branding, configuration, analytics and other settings using best practices that greatly increase user engagement.

To support SharePoint on-premise users, annual licensing is per web front end server - Please contact us if you would like a quote.
