Licença Lite. Concede o uso de um Produto de Software Iron específico por um único Desenvolvedor em uma organização em um único Local. O Iron Software pode ser implantado em um único aplicativo web, intranet de um único site ou aplicativo de software desktop. Este tipo de licença não permite a distribuição do Iron Software a terceiros, nem cenários de uso de projetos SaaS. "Developer" significa um desenvolvedor de software ou uma máquina virtual usando uma licença de desenvolvedor.
Licença Plus. Concede o uso de (i) um Produto de Software Iron específico ou (ii) o IronSuite por um número especificado de Desenvolvedores, até um máximo de 3, em uma única organização em até 3 Locais. O Iron Software pode ser implantado em até um máximo de 3 aplicativos web, intranet de um único site ou aplicativos de software desktop.
Licença Professional. Concede o uso de (i) um Produto de Software Iron específico ou (ii) o IronSuite por um número especificado de Desenvolvedores, até um máximo de 10, em uma única organização em até 10 Locais. O Iron Software pode ser implantado em até um máximo de 10 aplicativos web, intranet de um único site ou aplicativos de software desktop.
Licença Unlimited. Concede o uso de (i) um Produto de Software Iron específico ou (ii) o IronSuite por um número ilimitado de Desenvolvedores em uma única organização em Locais ilimitados. O Iron Software pode ser implantado em um número ilimitado de aplicativos web, intranet de um único site ou aplicativos de software desktop.
Todas as Licenças de Equipe são intransferíveis e é proibido o compartilhamento de licenças fora de uma organização ou de uma relação agência/cliente. As Licenças de Equipe excluem expressamente quaisquer direitos não concedidos especificamente sob o Acordo, assim como todos os outros tipos de licença, e excluem expressamente, sem limitação, Redistribuição OEM ou Redistribuição SDK, e o uso do Iron Software como SaaS, sem a compra adicional de Cobertura de Redistribuição Livre de Royalties.
Opções de Redistribuição Livre de Royalties. Estes complementos concedem a uma Empresa o direito de distribuir o Iron Software (sem qualquer obrigação de pagar royalties) como parte de um número de softwares comerciais distintos empacotados para usuários finais aos seus Clientes (em conjunto, "Cobertura de Redistribuição Livre de Royalties"):
Redistribuição OEM. Este complemento de Cobertura de Redistribuição Livre de Royalties ("Redistribuição OEM") concede a uma Empresa o direito de implantar o Iron Software em software de usuário final, sites e aplicativos públicos, extranets, intranets multi-site ou serviços de software SaaS para seus Clientes. A Redistribuição OEM não permite a criação de APIs abertas para integrar com o software de usuário final de um Cliente, como uma biblioteca de desenvolvimento ou serviço de automação com uma API ou SDK. A Redistribuição OEM não inclui quaisquer direitos de Redistribuição SDK.
Redistribuição SDK. O SDK não pode ser usado em bibliotecas de software de quaisquer concorrentes da Iron. "Implantação de API de Terceiros" significa qualquer distribuição de software de usuário final, sites e aplicativos públicos, extranets, intranets multi-site ou serviços de software SaaS criados usando o SDK pela Empresa para seus Clientes, seja diretamente ou por meio de canais de distribuição. Cada pessoa ou entidade que receba tal software de usuário final, sites e aplicativos públicos, extranets, intranets multi-site ou serviços de software SaaS criados usando o SDK conta como uma (1) Implantação de API de Terceiros*.
*A Licença de Redistribuição SDK permite até 500 implantações de API.
Licenças Enterprise:
A Licença Enterprise está disponível apenas para Iron Suite for .NET. Esta licença enterprise inclui Cobertura de Redistribuição Livre de Royalties (Redistribuição OEM ou Redistribuição SDK). A Licença Enterprise do IronSuite é perpétua, sujeita à conformidade da Empresa com o Contrato de Licença e permite que um número ilimitado de Desenvolvedores em uma organização, em um número ilimitado de Locais, faça a implantação do IronSuite, dentro de um número ilimitado de aplicativos web, aplicativos de intranet ou aplicativos de software desktop.
