Basic License - 根据 Basic License，您被授予使用许可软件创建无限数量的公共网站的权利，这些网站可供用户访问，无需登录凭据。此类网站仅可用于您的内部业务目的，不得代表外部客户或顾客开发或交付。
SaaS License - 除 Basic License 下授予的权利外，根据 SaaS License，您还被授予使用许可软件创建无限数量的需要用户身份验证的 SaaS（Software as a Service）项目的权利。这包括但不限于充当内部网、CRM 系统、webmail 平台等的网站。所有此类 SaaS 项目都必须仅用于您的内部业务目的，不得代表外部客户或顾客开发或交付。
OEM License - OEM License 包括 Basic License 和 SaaS License 下授予的所有权利。此外，OEM License 允许您使用许可软件创建无限数量的 web、桌面和移动应用程序以及印刷产品。OEM License 明确允许为外部客户或顾客开发网站和项目。
Extended OEM License - Extended License 授予 Basic License、SaaS License 和 OEM License 中包含的所有权利。此外，Extended License 还赋予您在以下方面使用许可软件的额外权利：(i) 在您的 Affiliates 内开发项目；(ii) 创建和分发“white label”产品，即使用许可软件开发产品，然后将这些产品出售给第三方，第三方可重新品牌并将其作为自己的产品销售，但需遵守其自己的最终用户许可协议；或 (iii) 用于软件开发项目，包括但不限于使用 SCALA 等语言或类似软件开发环境开发应用程序。
Perpetual License - 根据 Perpetual License，您在支付一次性固定费用后被授予使用许可软件的权利。此许可证允许您在无限期内访问和使用许可软件。
Annual License - Subscription License 仅授予您在有效 Subscription Period 内使用许可软件开发新项目或修改现有项目的权利，该 Subscription Period 通过预付指定订阅费用按年维持。在有效 Subscription Period 内创建的项目，在 Subscription Period 到期或终止后可继续无限期使用许可软件。

所有 amCharts 5: Charts 许可证针对当前主版本均为永久有效，包括对任何次版本的免费更新。SaaS 许可证、OEM 许可证和扩展 OEM 许可证包含 12 个月订阅，订阅期内还提供支持，并可访问订阅期间发布的任何新主版本。
Free License 包含与付费许可证相同的功能，但每个图表上都会包含 amCharts 水印。

amCharts 不直接出售旧版本。
许可软件只能转让给 (i) 关联方，或 (ii) 在涉及您所在的两家或多家公司合并的情况下转让给第三方。除非转让方交付且受让方书面接受本协议中规定的适用产品使用权、限制、责任限制和转让限制，否则任何转让均无效。未经授权的转让或不符合这些条款的转让将被视为无效。
