Paid Support Availability

Developer Support - Developer Support 仅提供给拥有 Developer Small Business license 类型的客户。
对于使用 Developer Small Business license 且认为自己每年可能需要超过 3 个 issues 的开发者，他们可以选择 Business Support。

Business Support - Business Support 提供给拥有任一 Developer license 类型（Developer Small Business 和 Developer OEM）的客户。

Enterprise Support - Enterprise support 提供给拥有任一 Site license 类型（Site Small Business 和 Site OEM）的客户。

购买支持可让您在 1 年内使用增强支持选项。

您可以在续订订阅时或购买 license 时购买 Developer/Business/Enterprise Support。如果您已订阅到一半并希望购买 Developer/Business Support，请 contact us。

Priority Support Conditions

• Developer/Business/Enterprise Support 保证在工作日内提出 issue 后 24 小时内给出初始响应。GroupDocs 不能保证在该时间内完全解决，但您会收到对该问题的评估。在可行的情况下，GroupDocs 会立即提供简单修复和变通方法。需要修复的问题可能需要更长时间。无法保证修复的交付日期。
• Paid Support Helpdesk 的访问权限仅限于该订阅购买时所对应的账户，以及基于您付费订阅等级所允许的固定数量的附加账户。
• Developer/Business/Enterprise Support 受公平使用政策约束，即在任何 365 天周期内提出指定数量的 issues。（这里的 issue 指在 Paid Support Helpdesk 中开立的新 Paid Support 工单。）如果在一个 Paid Support 工单中提出了多个无关问题，则这些问题会拆分为单独工单，并分别计入您的使用配额。
