The Annual License includes support and free software updates and rights to use the software for 1 year from the date of purchase. Every Direct Take license is limited to a single PC. You must renew the annual license to continue to use Direct Take. Medialooks Direct Take 许可
One software license is required per machine, per simultaneous channel.
Subject to the terms of the License, Medialooks grants you a limited, worldwide, non-assignable and non-exclusive license to commercially deploy and use the Product. The fee payable by you for a Commercial license of this Product ("License Fee") will depend upon the maximum number of channels used simultaneously.
Annual Subscription License: Rights to use the software, receive support and obtain free software updates is provided for 1 year from the date of purchase. Every Direct Take license is limited to a single PC.
You will need to renew your 1 Year Annual Subscription License each year to continue to use Direct Take.
Perpetual License: Rights to use the software are perpetual. Optional Annual Updates Subscription is available to receive software updates. If you do not renew the Annual Updates Subscription you may continue to use the software but will no longer be entitled to updates.
