Developer and Site Licenses.
AddTapi.NET is licensed per developer. A license is required for each developer who will use AddTapi.NET. You are only required to purchase a license for each developer who develops or maintains the portions of your applications which use AddTapi.NET.
The Site license allows an unlimited number of developers to use AddTapi.NET at one physical street address.
Royalty Free Distribution.
The AddTapi.NET license agreement allows you to embed and distribute AddTapi.NET within your application, royalty free. Once you purchase a license for each developer, you may distribute AddTapi.NET with your application without any additional fees.
Professional v Enteprise
AddTapi.NET Professional is limited to 2 lines per computer/server.
AddTapi.NET Enterprise works with any number of lines supported by the telephony hardware.
Updates and Support
All licenses include lifetime free technical support and free upgrades for one year.
After one year new versions are available for purchase at special upgrade pricing or as part of a Priority Support renewal.
Priority Support
(Save 20% on the regular price of Priority Support if purchased at the same time as the developer license).
Priority Support is valid for one year and can be renewed on an annual basis.
Priority Support includes:

Traysoft will reply to all your emails within one business day. If they need more time to investigate the issue before answering your question, they will provide a time estimate and progress reports as needed. - Source code analysis
Traysoft will check how you are using their product, look for any potential issues and provide suggestions for performance and reliability improvements. - New feature requests
Traysoft products have a very comprehensive feature set but sometimes you just need a little extra. You can request additional features and they will prioritize them and give you an ETA. Small enhancements can be implemented in as little as 2-3 weeks. - Priority bug fixes
All issues reported by you will receive the highest priority. Traysoft will fix any problems and incorporate fixes into the product as soon as possible. - New Version Updates
