所有 Licensed Software 均按每位開發人員授權，每位開發人員都必須擁有個別且有效的授權。
Basic License - 在 Basic License 下，您有權使用 Licensed Software 建立無限數量的公開網站，這些網站可供使用者存取，且無需登入憑證。此類網站僅得用於您的內部業務目的，不得代表外部客戶或顧客開發，亦不得交付給外部客戶或顧客。
SaaS License - 除 Basic License 所授予的權利外，在 SaaS License 下，您還可進一步使用 Licensed Software 建立無限數量需要使用者驗證的 SaaS（Software as a Service）專案。這包括但不限於作為內部網路（intranet）、CRM 系統、網頁郵件平台等功能的網站。所有此類 SaaS 專案均僅得用於您的內部業務目的，不得代表外部客戶或顧客開發，亦不得交付給外部客戶或顧客。
OEM License - OEM License 包含 Basic License 與 SaaS License 下授予的所有權利。此外，OEM License 允許您使用 Licensed Software 建立無限數量的網頁、桌面與行動應用程式以及印刷產品。OEM License 明確允許為外部客戶或顧客開發網站與專案。
Extended OEM License - Extended License 授予 Basic License、SaaS License 與 OEM License 所包含的所有權利。此外，Extended License 還賦予您額外權利，可在以下情況使用 Licensed Software：（i）於您的 Affiliates 內開發專案；（ii）建立並分發「white label」產品，也就是使用 Licensed Software 開發產品，然後將這些產品出售給第三方，第三方可依其自身的終端使用者授權協議重新命名品牌並以其自有產品名義銷售；或（iii）用於軟體開發專案，包括但不限於使用 SCALA 等語言或類似軟體開發環境開發應用程式。
Perpetual License - 在 Perpetual License 下，於支付一次性固定費用後，您即獲授權使用 Licensed Software。此授權允許您在無限期內存取並使用 Licensed Software。
Annual License - Subscription License 授予您僅於有效 Subscription Period 期間使用 Licensed Software 開發新專案或修改現有專案的權利，該 Subscription Period 以預先支付指定訂閱費的方式按年度維持。在有效 Subscription Period 期間建立的專案，即使 Subscription Period 到期或終止後，仍可無限期繼續使用 Licensed Software。

所有 amCharts 5: Charts 授權對於目前的主要版本皆為永久授權，並包含任何次要版本的免費更新。SaaS 授權、OEM 授權與延伸 OEM 授權包含 12 個月訂閱，訂閱期間也提供支援，以及可存取在您的訂閱期間內發佈的任何新主要版本。
Free License 與付費授權具有相同的功能，但每個圖表都會顯示 amCharts 浮水印。
Basic License 適合您擁有公開網站（無需註冊），或您正在為客戶開發網站並希望加入圖表功能的情況。它涵蓋子網域、鏡像或翻譯網站，以及開發與測試伺服器。
SaaS License, 適用於單一 SaaS 網站（例如線上會計服務、CRM 等）OR 可再分發的軟體產品（例如 CMS、桌面應用程式或行動應用程式）。
OEM License 允許您在任何由您擁有或開發的網站與應用程式中自由使用此程式庫，並包含您所購買產品的完整原始碼，因此可讓您修改核心功能。
Extended OEM License 在 OEM License 條款基礎上增加以下內容：

您可以選擇購買一個訂閱續約，延長 12 個月，或繼續使用您有權使用的產品版本（在您的訂閱結束前發布的最後一個版本），但不含支援服務。
amCharts 不直接販售舊版本。
授權軟體僅可轉讓給：(i) 關聯公司，或 (ii) 在涉及您之兩家或多家公司的合併情況下轉讓給第三方。除非轉讓方交付且受讓方以書面形式接受本協議所載適用的產品使用權利、限制、責任限制及轉讓限制，否則任何轉讓均無效。未經授權的轉讓或不符合本條款的轉讓均屬無效。
