Paid Support Availability

Developer Support - Developer Support 僅提供給使用 Developer Small Business license 類型的客戶。
對於使用 Developer Small Business license 的開發人員，如果他們認為每年需要超過 3 個 issues，則可以選擇 Business Support。

Business Support - Business Support 提供給使用任一 Developer license 類型（Developer Small Business 和 Developer OEM）的客戶。

Enterprise Support - Enterprise support 提供給使用任一 Site license 類型（Site Small Business 和 Site OEM）的客戶。

購買支援即可在 1 年內使用進階支援選項。

您可以在續訂訂閱時或購買授權時購買 Developer/Business/Enterprise Support。如果您已進行到訂閱中途並希望購買 Developer/Business Support，請 contact us。

Priority Support Conditions

• Developer/Business/Enterprise Support 保證在工作日於問題提出後 24 小時內提供初始回應。GroupDocs 無法保證在此時間內完全解決，但您會收到對該問題的評估。若可行，GroupDocs 會立即提供簡單修正與因應措施。需要修正的問題可能需要更長時間。無法保證修正的交付日期。
• Paid Support Helpdesk 的存取權僅限於該訂閱所購買的帳戶，以及根據您付費訂閱等級所核定的固定數量額外帳戶。
• Developer/Business/Enterprise Support 受公平使用政策約束，即在任何 365 天期間內提出指定數量的問題。（GroupDocs 所指的 issue 是在 Paid Support Helpdesk 中開立的一張新的 Paid Support ticket。）如果在一張 Paid Support ticket 中開啟了數個不相關的問題，則這些問題會被拆分為個別 tickets，且每一個都會計入您的使用額度。
• 這些條件如有變更，恕不另行通知。
• GroupDocs 保留隨時停止對全部或個別產品提供技術支援的權利。
• Hotfixes 和功能請求（若提供）僅會基於相關產品的最新版本製作。非最新版本的軟體不以此方式支援。
