Enterprise Support - Enterprise support 提供給使用任一 Site 授權類型（Site Small Business 和 Site OEM）的客戶。

購買支援可讓您使用增強型支援選項 1 年。

您可在續訂訂閱時或購買授權時購買 Developer／Business／Enterprise Support。若您已使用訂閱一段時間並希望購買 Developer／Business Support，請 contact us。

Priority Support 條件

  • Developer／Business／Enterprise Support 保證在工作日提出問題後 24 小時內提供初步回應。GroupDocs 無法保證在此時間內完全解決，但您會收到對問題的評估。在可行時，GroupDocs 會立即提供簡單修正與替代方案。需要修正的問題可能需要更久時間。無法保證修正的交付日期。
