Subject to the terms of the License, Medialooks grants you a limited, worldwide, non-assignable and non-exclusive license to commercially deploy and use the Product (Direct Take). This license is for a maximum number of 3 channels used simultaneously. The Annual License includes support and free software updates and rights to use the software for 1 year from the date of purchase. Every Direct Take license is limited to a single PC. You must renew the annual license to continue to use Direct Take.
