  • Breaking Changes - Starting with this release, all users of the Telerik and Kendo UI components and tools will need to apply a valid license key file to both new and existing projects.

  • Moved hardcoded values from DataFormValidationSummaryTemplate in the DataFormValidationSummary style.
• GridView
  • Introduced the GridViewNewRowContent and GridViewNewRowContentTemplate properties that allow you to customize the content of the new row.
• PDF Viewer
  • Replaced images with glyphs in the toolbar for Windows8, Office2013, VisualStudio2013, Green, Office2016, Office2016Touch, Fluent, and Material themes. Additionally, improved some mouse-over and pressed button states in the toolbar.

  • Exposed API that allows you to change the mouse selection handler and override its methods.
• ScheduleView
  • Increased the spacing between the arrow icon and appointment listings for better visual clarity in the Fluent theme.

  • The UPCE symbology is not validated correctly.
• Buttons
  • Resolved identical visuals for the Checked and Unchecked states in the following themes: Material, Office2013, VisualStudio2013, Windows8, Windows8Touch, and Office themes.
• ComboBox
  • The dropdown remains opened when switching the window with Alt+Tab in a Win32 CPP application.
• Docking
  • Dragging a pane from one RadDocking instance to another doesn't clear the ActivePane property of the drag source RadDocking.
• GridView
  • GridViewCheckBox is not affected by the compact mode of the Windows 11 theme.
  • Selection with the Shift key doesn't work when GroupRenderMode is Nested and grouping is applied.
  • SpreadStreamExport exports DateTime objects as strings.
  • The CheckBox in the header of GridViewSelectColumn is not checked on the first click when grouping is applied.
  • The Items.Count value does not return items in collapsed groups when filtering is applied.

  • ArgumentException thrown when using the draw or shape tools.
• Map
  • KeyNotFoundException can be raised in TilesDownLoadManager's GetTileSource / UpdateTileCache when zooming extensively.

  • Cannot input more than 4 digits when NumberFormat.NumberGroupSeparator is NarrowNonBreakableSpace ('\u202f') in NumericInput, similarly with CurrencyGroupSeparator in CurrencyInput.
• PDF Viewer
  • Invalid rendering with German culture.
  • Some lines are too thick.
  • ArgumentOutOfRangeException is thrown when PDFViewer is loaded async and one scrolls for some time.
  • Wrong colors are displayed due to some graphic state colors being imported incorrectly.
• PivotGrid
  • When the inline field list is enabled and there is a vertical scrollbar, the last row groups and totals are cut off.
  • When the ItemsSource of a LocalDataSourceProvider is changed, the FieldListViewModel of the inline field list is not refreshed.
• PropertyGrid
  • The SelectedItem's indicator of the ListBox of the CollectionEditor is not updated with the Windows 11 theme.
• RibbonView
  • The collapse icon and tooltip have been updated in the Windows 11, Office 2019, Visual Studio 2019, Fluent, Crystal, Material, Office 2016 Touch, and Office 2016 themes.
  • The foreground of the RadRibbonBackstageItem when IsGroupSeparator is set to True is not updated when changing the theme's variation.

  • Cut and Copy operations are disabled in a shape with text.
  • Selecting a numeric/bullet list and clicking the button does not mark all items as numeric/bullet.
  • Shape text is not exported to PDF.
  • SocketException thrown when the UriSource of the ImageInline is assigned to image from the web and the server closes the connection.
  • The shape can not be edited after cut/paste operations.
  • ArgumentExeption when typing a specific combination with the new version of Japanese IME.
  • Automatic underline is not removed when the text is committed using Chinese IME.
  • Exception when trying to modify a style.
  • Cannot type in RadRichTextBox using Microsoft Pinyin Input Method (Chinese).
  • Missing caret and underline symbol, showing position, when using Korean IME.
  • IOException while exporting the document to a byte array (PDF).
  • Text is not properly committed when using Japanese IME.

  • The NumericUpDown control is clipped when the Pages and to texts get translated and become too long in the PrintPreviewControl.
• VirtualKeyboard
  • RadVirtualKeyboard cannot be garbage collected when removed from the view.
