HTML5 Remote Desktop Client.
Remotely access Windows Terminal Services / RDS / VDI using an HTML5 compliant browser.

ThinRDP does not require Flash, Java, ActiveX, Silverlight or any other setup on the end-user side and can be used from almost any device. With ThinRDP, users can take their iPhone, iPad, Android tablet, Chromebook and other devices to connect to their remote computers from anywhere and have access to all of programs, documents, files, and network resources as if they were in front of the host PC.

ThinRDP enables secure, high-performance HTML5 Remote Desktop Access to any PC on the local area network, through a single public IP address. Furthermore, ThinRDP grants access to applications and desktops running on Windows Terminal Services. With ThinRDP you can even remote into RDS / VDI platforms, such as session-based applications or virtual desktops. Thanks to ThinRDP's cross-browser, cross-platform capability, Windows, Mac OS X, Linux, Android and iOS users can remote into Windows desktops and work with single applications through their favorite browser. ThinRDP supports Internet Explorer 9, Firefox, Chrome, Safari, and other HTML5 capable web browsers. IE8 and earlier versions may be enhanced with HTML5 features by the addition of the Chrome Frame plug-in.

Architecture
ThinRDP for Microsoft Remote Desktop Services is composed of:

• ThinRDP Windows Server
• ThinRDP Web Client

ThinRDP Windows Server is a secure, high-performance HTTP / WebSockets server, which serves the web pages needed to run the ThinRDP Web Client on the web browser and, at the same time, acts as a gateway between the ThinRDP Web Client and the remote RDP server. When the end-user accesses the ThinRDP main page and enters the appropriate connection parameters, the Web Client connects to the Server using Ajax and WebSockets (if available) to start the connection to the remote-end. Once the connection is established, ThinRDP Windows Server interprets RDP commands, optimizes them for the web, and sends the resulting data stream to the ThinRDP Web Client.

Support

The concurrent user licenses include one year of maintenance service. This gives the customer 1 year of technical support, updates and upgrades. After the second year, the Maintenance Service becomes optional, and can be renewed yearly.
