Hi

I am currently using ViewPro to develop a printout of a quote system which I have written in Visual basic 6 but I'm having a few problems with the overlay function.

I create a print layout of the quote which includes a image of the end users signature, this works perfectly until I use the overlay function to add the page numbers which makes the signature image or any other image originally placed on the printout disappear.

I have originally been using Version 4 but have also tried the demo of version 7 which does the same thing.

It appears that any images placed on the report between the Startdoc and the enddoc are removed when the startoverlay is called regardless of which method has been used to place them on the document originally (i.e. viewpro.picture = LoadPicture(C:\signature.jpg")).

Any ideas?

I have not yet purchased the viewpro but only using the demo. I too have problems to view any pictures other than BMP's ??
If you have found a way to overcome this please write me with your findings.

I've been trying to reach them for about three days now, with no answer, plus, directory assistance doesn't show a listing for this company in Mountain View, California any longer.

I hope they are not out-of-business, this was such a great product.

Dovrei costruire un Report (con alcuni campi agganciati ad una tabella ACCESS) che contiene anche una picture-box che rappresenta il LOGO in formato Bitmap del Cliente.
Possibilmente vorrei utilizzare un solo Report e avere la possibilità di cambiare automaticamente il LOGO.
ViewPro è in grado di fare questo?
Crystal Report, per quanto ne so, non lo fa... Eppure sarebbe semplice, credo.
