I purchased WebSheduler.NET but after some effort I realized that it would not work without at least the ISDataSource component and that the full functionality was only possible by purchasing the whole suite. Therefore I complained to Intersoft Solutions Corporation that I had purchased a product that did not and could not work as advertised.

I received the reply from Intersoft Solutions Corporation sales manager which is too long to include here. However summarizing:

1. I am being asked to pay an additional USD319 just to make work the product I bought.
2. The other "guaranteed to work" advertised components for editing forms etc. are not available to me unless I purchase the full product.for at least USD1,499
3. Note it later transpired that the full product was in ADDITION to the purchase I already made, i.e. in that case I just wasted USD586 for the webscheduler component

After involving ourt legal counsel, the company agreed to grant a license to the ISDataSource component at no charge. However for all the webscheduler components (ie the ones that are "guaranteed to work" in the Intersoft Solutions Corporation response) I was expected to pay the price for the full suite and NO recognition that I had al;ready paid for the original (non -working) component.

In the end however, we were unable to license the product anyway ... the licenses provided did not eliminate the nag screens. Intersoft Solutions Corporation maintained this was because the development environment we are using is Vista. We followed diligently all instructions provided to overcome this. However we could not do it.

Intersoft proposed to remote control to our machines, Unfortunately access to our machines from a third party is against company policy due to some sensitivite contractual conditions with our customers.

So finally we asked for our money back. This was refused by Intersoft in a flame of self-righteousness. So dealing with Intersoft Solutions Corporation would leave us "out-of-pocket", with a product we cannot use, and a bad customer experience. However, fortunately we purchased through ComponentSource, who processed a refund efficiently and without issue.
