• CalculatedValue now returns the proper value without any hanging issues with CalcEngine which is embedded in XlsIO
• Expected result is returned when culture setting is set other than en-US
• Format Exception is no more thrown when Custom function is called within an AND functio
• CalcQuick now parses decimal separator with respect to the given Culture setting
• AND, PMT, RoundDown is now calculating correctly
