As of December 31, 2024, Highcharts .NET has officially transitioned to an open source model. Previously a commercially licensed .NET wrapper for Highcharts JavaScript charting, it is now available under a permissive open-source license on GitHub. This shift allows developers to freely use, modify, and contribute to the project, fostering community collaboration and easing integration within .NET applications. Official support for the product has also ended.

As of December 31, 2024, Highcharts Android has transitioned to an open source product. Formerly a proprietary Java wrapper for integrating Highcharts into native Android apps, it is now available under an open-source license on GitHub. Developers can freely use, modify, and contribute to the library. This change removes previous licensing restrictions and enables broader adoption and community-driven development. Official support for the Android wrapper has ended.

Highcharts Cloud, originally developed by Highsoft, was officially renamed and transitioned to Everviz under Visual Elements AS on March 1, 2020. The standalone Highcharts Cloud product is no longer available; its functionality for building and sharing interactive online charts has been fully integrated into Everviz. This change ensures continued access to essential features such as chart creation, embedding, and collaboration, now with a focus on modern publishing and end-user needs.

Effective December 31, 2024, Highcharts iOS has become an open source project. Previously a commercial Objective-C and Swift wrapper for using Highcharts in native iOS applications, it is now freely available under an open-source license. The transition promotes open development, easier community contributions, and unrestricted use in iOS projects. Like its .NET and Android counterparts, official product support has been discontinued.

Highcharts Mobile was a mobile integration library provided by Highsoft for building native mobile applications using Highcharts, the popular JavaScript charting library. It included SDKs/wrappers for both Android and iOS platforms, allowing developers to embed Highcharts charts into native mobile apps without using WebViews or needing extensive JavaScript knowledge. It is no longer available as a standalone product but its functionality is available in the Highcharts JavaScript product range and also the Open Source editions for .NET, Android and iOS.
