IMPORTANT: The Annual License allows you to use the tool for a 1 year or 12 month period only. Please note that this Annual License needs to be renewed in year 2 to allow you to continue to use the software and to receive updates and support.

VectorDraw Developer Framework Agreement Summary

• The license(s) allows you to use the tool for a 1 year or 12 month period only. If you wish to extend the license(s) for another year you must renew your license(s).
• During the period of the annual license you will receive all major and minor upgrades of the VDF libraries and also support from the VDF support team.
• If you do not renew your annual license(s) you no longer have the right to use the VDF libraries, or to sell applications built using the VDF libraries.
• If you do not maintain your annual license(s) and you wish to use the VDF libraries again you will have to buy a new annual license at the full price and not at the lower cost annual renewal rate.
• You are not allowed to use VDF libraries to develop a library or component. VDF can only be used in applications or in company internal use only libraries.
• The license(s) must be purchased by the legal entity that will create (internally or through an individual software developer) an application based on and/or including the VDF libraries, that subsequently will sell a license to that application to their end-users.

Notes for previous customers of VectorDraw (existing customers that have license(s) of version 5 and below):

• Customers with a current annual developer agreement are entitled to upgrade to VDF 6.0 component free. When your current annual developer agreement expires you can choose either to renew your subscription by buying a renewal or continue your application with your current version without the benefit of having any new software upgrades.
• Users that use Standard or Viewer component can upgrade to the VDF component easily giving their application a whole new prospect for the future.

VectorDraw Developer Framework LicVAL: One license required per web server. By purchasing one developer license you get also 1 LicVal without any additional cost. Every other web server (for example you want to have two or more servers like http://www.mydomain1.com, http://www.myotherdonain.com etc) will require a separate LicVal License.

Please note: Every VectorDraw client has only 1 expiration date which is the date of the initial purchase. If you delay or pre-buy a renewal , or if you add additional licenses to your subscription the expiration date remains the same and the newly added licenses alter the renewal price.

For example if you initially purchase a 4 Developer License on January 1st 2023 you would need to purchase a 4 Developer Annual Renewal License on January 1st 2024 to continue using the software.
If you then purchased an Additional 1 Developer Annual License on March 1st 2024 it takes your total license count to 5 and you would need to purchase a 5 Developer Annual Renewal License on January 1st 2025.
