The condition that the right to use the Licensed Software under a Web License is limited to generation of generic content only, means that the content being included on websites must be the same (identical) for all users, and that Licensee shall not generate individually tailored content adapted to any user’s personal data or choices.

È necessaria una licenza software per ogni sviluppatore. Tutti gli sviluppatori che lavorano con il software necessitano di una licenza.
Highcharts Dashboards consente agli sviluppatori di abilitare la "Modalità Modifica" permettendo agli utenti finali di modificare le dashboard. Questi utenti finali non sono considerati sviluppatori purché non lavorino con o accedano all'API di Highcharts o al codice sorgente del Software concesso in licenza. Se lo sviluppatore possiede una Licenza Interna, non è limitato nell'abilitare gli utenti ad accedere alla "Modalità Editor" per modificare, aggiungere, rimuovere, spostare o ridimensionare componenti nelle dashboard create, a condizione che i parametri di interazione e modifica di tali componenti rimangano gli stessi per tutti gli utenti finali, e che tali azioni non richiedano di lavorare con o accedere all'API e/o al codice sorgente del Software concesso in licenza.

Licenza Interna

Informazioni aggiuntive
Una Licenza Interna autorizza il Licenziatario a utilizzare il Software concesso in licenza solo per scopi interni e si estende ai dipendenti e ai collaboratori del Licenziatario, ma non ai suoi clienti o ad altri Terzi. Una Licenza Interna non include alcun diritto per il Licenziatario di utilizzare il Software concesso in licenza in un'Applicazione SaaS, Applicazione Web o Prodotto del Licenziatario, né autorizza il Licenziatario a eseguire installazioni presso il cliente.
Licenza SaaS
Oltre a tutto ciò che è incluso nella Licenza Interna, la Licenza SaaS include il diritto di utilizzare Highcharts in una sola applicazione SaaS o una sola applicazione Web per la generazione di contenuti statici su un sito accessibile pubblicamente.
L'acquisto di più Licenze SaaS per sviluppatori non aumenta il numero di applicazioni licenziate, ma solo il numero di postazioni sviluppatore per la singola applicazione SaaS o Web.
La Licenza SaaS è assegnata a una singola applicazione, devi informare Highsoft del nome della tua applicazione prima di poterla distribuire.
Self Hosted
La Licenza SaaS è per applicazioni in esecuzione su server web ospitati da te, che possono essere distribuite come SaaS, applicazione web, applicazione desktop o applicazione mobile. Per installazioni presso il cliente in cui devi distribuire il tuo prodotto ai server ospitati dai clienti, avrai bisogno di una Licenza OEM.

La Licenza SaaS+ includeva il diritto di utilizzare Highcharts in fino a 5 applicazioni SaaS o Web solo (sia come 5 applicazioni SaaS, 5 applicazioni Web o una combinazione di entrambe purché il numero totale di applicazioni non superi 5), oltre a tutto ciò che è incluso nella Licenza Interna.
