The condition that the right to use the Licensed Software under a Web License is limited to generation of generic content only, means that the content being included on websites must be the same (identical) for all users, and that Licensee shall not generate individually tailored content adapted to any user’s personal data or choices.

È richiesta una licenza software per sviluppatore. Tutti gli sviluppatori che lavorano con il software avranno bisogno di una licenza.
Highcharts Dashboards consente agli sviluppatori di abilitare la "Modalità di modifica" consentendo agli utenti finali di modificare le dashboard. Questi utenti finali non sono considerati sviluppatori a condizione che non lavorino con Highcharts API né vi accedano, né con il codice sorgente del Software concesso in licenza. Se lo sviluppatore possiede una Licenza Internal, ciò non limita l'abilitazione degli utenti ad accedere alla "Modalità Editor" per modificare, aggiungere, rimuovere, spostare o ridimensionare i componenti nelle dashboard create, a condizione che i parametri di interazione e modifica di tali componenti rimangano gli stessi per tutti gli utenti finali e che tali azioni non richiedano di lavorare con o accedere all'API e/o al codice sorgente del Software concesso in licenza.

Licenza Internal
La Licenza Internal include il diritto di usare Highcharts per una soluzione o applicazione utilizzata solo per scopi interni sui tuoi siti web privati (compresi sottodomini e siti intranet) e ospitata su server di proprietà o controllati dal Licensee. Puoi usare la Licenza Internal se la tua applicazione non è disponibile ai tuoi clienti/utenti esterni o come sito web pubblico. Se hai bisogno di visualizzare dati al di fuori della tua azienda su un sito web disponibile pubblicamente, avrai bisogno di una Licenza SaaS o SaaS+.
Informazioni aggiuntive
Una Licenza Internal autorizza il Licensee a usare il Software concesso in licenza solo per scopi interni ed estende tale autorizzazione ai dipendenti e ai contractor del Licensee, ma non ai suoi clienti o ad altri Third Parties. Una Licenza Internal non include alcun diritto per il Licensee di usare il Software concesso in licenza in una SaaS Application, Web Application o in un Licensee Product, né autorizza il Licensee a eseguire Customer Installations.
Licenza SaaS
Oltre a tutto ciò che è incluso nella Licenza Internal, la Licenza SaaS include il diritto di usare Highcharts in solo 1 SaaS o 1 applicazione Web per la generazione di contenuti statici e dinamici su un sito web disponibile pubblicamente.
L'acquisto di più Developer SaaS Licenses non aumenta il numero di applicazioni concesse in licenza, ma solo il numero di postazioni sviluppatore per la singola applicazione SaaS o Web.
La Licenza SaaS è assegnata a una singola applicazione; devi informare Highsoft del nome della tua applicazione prima di poterla distribuire.
Licenza SaaS+
La Licenza SaaS+ include il diritto di usare Highcharts in fino a 5 sole applicazioni SaaS o Web (come 5 applicazioni SaaS o 5 applicazioni Web oppure una combinazione di entrambe, purché il numero totale di applicazioni non superi 5), oltre a tutto ciò che è incluso nella Licenza Internal.
La Licenza SaaS+ è assegnata a un massimo di 5 applicazioni nominate; devi informare Highsoft del nome o dei nomi della tua applicazione prima di poterla distribuire.
Self Hosted
Le Licenze SaaS e SaaS+ sono per applicazioni in esecuzione su web server ospitati da te e che possono essere distribuite come SaaS, applicazione web, applicazione desktop o applicazione mobile. Per l'installazione presso il cliente, quando devi distribuire il tuo prodotto sui server ospitati dei tuoi clienti, avrai bisogno di una Licenza OEM.
