Licenza interna
La Licenza interna include il diritto di utilizzare Highcharts per una soluzione o applicazione usata esclusivamente per scopi interni sui tuoi siti web privati (inclusi sottodomini e siti intranet) e ospitata su server di proprietà del Licenziatario o da esso controllati. Puoi utilizzare la Licenza interna se la tua applicazione non è disponibile ai tuoi clienti/utenti esterni o come sito web pubblico. Se devi visualizzare dati al di fuori della tua azienda su un sito web accessibile pubblicamente, avrai bisogno di una licenza SaaS o SaaS+.
Informazioni aggiuntive
Una Licenza interna autorizza il Licenziatario a usare il Software concesso in licenza solo per scopi interni e si estende ai dipendenti e ai collaboratori del Licenziatario, ma non ai suoi clienti o ad altre Terze Parti. Una Licenza interna non include alcun diritto per il Licenziatario di utilizzare il Software concesso in licenza in una Applicazione SaaS, Applicazione Web o Prodotto del Licenziatario, né autorizza il Licenziatario a eseguire Installazioni presso il Cliente.
Licenza SaaS
Oltre a tutto quanto incluso nella Licenza interna, la Licenza SaaS include il diritto di utilizzare Highcharts in solo 1 applicazione SaaS o 1 applicazione Web per la generazione di contenuti statici e dinamici su un sito web accessibile pubblicamente.
L'acquisto di più licenze SaaS per sviluppatore non aumenta il numero di applicazioni concesse in licenza, ma solo il numero di postazioni sviluppatore per la singola applicazione SaaS o Web.
La Licenza SaaS è assegnata a una singola applicazione; devi informare Highsoft del nome della tua applicazione prima di poterla distribuire.
Licenza SaaS+
La Licenza SaaS+ include il diritto di utilizzare Highcharts in fino a 5 applicazioni SaaS o Web soltanto (sia come 5 applicazioni SaaS o 5 applicazioni Web o una combinazione di entrambe, purché il numero totale di applicazioni non superi 5), oltre a tutto quanto incluso nella Licenza interna.

Self Hosted
Le licenze SaaS e SaaS+ sono per applicazioni in esecuzione su server web ospitati da te e che possono essere distribuite come SaaS, applicazione web, applicazione desktop o applicazione mobile. Per l'installazione presso il cliente, quando devi distribuire il tuo prodotto sui server ospitati dai tuoi clienti, avrai bisogno di una licenza OEM.

Le licenze di Highcharts Core possono essere perpetue o annuali. Le licenze perpetue offrono le versioni correnti della libreria a fronte di un pagamento una tantum. Le licenze annuali offrono un abbonamento annuale e consentono l'uso di tutte le versioni e del supporto tecnico per 1 anno.
