We bought the toolkit to support scanning features in our application. We faced some problems at the beginning because we were new to the toolkit. We had to learn a couple of things about what functions to call and how to put that in our main project, but after a couple of hours, we were able to do it with the help of documentation.

Easy to implement and great support

As a long time user of LEADTOOLS, I am very satisfied with the update, as well as the new features in the tool kit. Some new features include, a new advanced PDF reader, a new barcode interface and a faster more accurate OCR engine. With more and more companies gearing towards cloud based applications, I'd have to say the most notable update to 17.5 is their Cloud SDK. Allowing developers to use servers to easily create computing applications, such as OCR and barcode recognition. I would recommend version 17.5 to developers who are looking for advanced imaging features. All in all I am very pleased with what the new update has to offer.
