- Added a new image vectorization engine: Each color of the picture is drawn as one filled shape, which gives cleaner edges and considerably smaller SVG documents.
- Added ImageVectorizerConfiguration.Profile with the VectorizationProfile values Compact (default, the smallest document), Fidelity (closest to the source image) and Cartoon (noise removed, gradients kept, a hand-drawn look).
- Added ImageVectorizerConfiguration.MaxOutputBytes, MaxNodes and MaxNodesPerMegapixel to limit the size of the produced document.
- ImageVectorizerConfiguration.PathBuilder now selects the previous per-contour output; it is kept for compatibility and will be removed in a future release.
- Resources referenced by a document can be downloaded in parallel while saving, controlled by the new ResourceHandlingOptions.MaxConcurrentRequests option.
- Connections to the same server are reused when saving and loading resources.

Features
- Added a new image vectorization engine. Each color of the picture is drawn as one filled shape, which produces considerably smaller SVG documents than the previous per-contour output.
- Added vectorization profiles. The new ImageVectorizerConfiguration.profile property selects how the vectorizer balances document size against fidelity to the source image:
- VectorizationProfile.COMPACT (default) - The smallest document; fine grain, anti-aliased text and soft edges of small icons come out flatter than in the source.
- VectorizationProfile.FIDELITY - The closest match to the source image; the document is several times larger than with COMPACT.
- VectorizationProfile.CARTOON - Noise is flattened, gradients are kept and the document stays smaller than the source raster, giving a hand-drawn look. Not recommended for screenshots or scanned text.
- Options set explicitly, including colors_limit, take precedence over the profile.
- Added output size limits. New ImageVectorizerConfiguration properties limit the size of the produced document: max_output_bytes, max_nodes and max_nodes_per_megapixel. The default value 0 means no limit.
- Added parallel resource downloading. Resources referenced by a document can be downloaded in parallel while saving. The number of simultaneous requests is set by the new ResourceHandlingOptions.max_concurrent_requests property. The default value is 1, so resources are downloaded one at a time unless the value is increased.
- Connections to the same server are now reused when saving and loading resources.
