Desaware ActiveX Gallimaufry is a collection of diverse ActiveX controls developed in Visual Basic 6. These components cover image acquisition, advanced user interface elements, editing tools, and data structures for Visual Basic 6 application development and customization. Each control includes complete source code, facilitating customization and deeper understanding of component development.

TWAIN Control

Enables image acquisition from TWAIN-compliant devices such as scanners and digital cameras. Supports capturing to memory or disk, auto capture of multiple images, and direct driver access, which avoids the need for separate imaging software.

User Interface Controls

A set of UI elements including a scrolling banner with transparency and font sizing, a perspective list control that scrolls text into the distance, and a bitmap rotation control supporting standard image formats with customizable rotation angles and mouse event handling.

Hex Editor Control

Implements a hex editor allowing byte-level data viewing and editing with mouse and status events, customizable fonts and colors, adjustable pane split, and diverse data buffer management. Control actions can be programmed for full automation and interaction.

MDI Taskbar Control
