New IGCompactCalendarView control - Displays a month in a compact format. Unlike the IGCalendarView you cannot navigate to different views. Instead, the control allows you to quickly look through a calendar and see what days you have appointments.

Selected Appointment Color - The IGCalendarView now allows for customizing the selected appointment color.
Animated Navigate to Date - The IGCalendarView has an updated method for navigating to a date with or without animation.
Resolve the Position of Time - The IGCalendarView now includes a method for resolving the position of time in the day view.
Appointment Pressed Delegate - A delegate method has been added to the IGCalendarView for detecting when an appointment has been tapped while in day view.
