Direct Document Scanning

Scans physical documents directly into SharePoint lists, libraries and folders using TWAIN or Windows Image Acquisition (WIA) compatible scanners. Users can capture documents without separately saving files locally and uploading them to SharePoint, reducing manual steps in document digitization.

Multiple Document Format Support

Supports scanning into common document and image formats, including PDF, TIFF, JPEG, GIF, BMP and PNG. Users can select suitable output formats for different document types, enabling scanned content to be stored and managed within SharePoint.

Multilingual Optical Character Recognition

Uses multilingual optical character recognition (OCR) to convert scanned document images into machine-readable, searchable text. This enables users to locate information within digitized documents and makes scanned records more accessible for searching and processing in SharePoint.
