Easy to change the design forms and controls with a simple theme setup. It requires a bit studying, but the sample code and usage provided by Telerik's demo service made it easy to learn.

I'd have expected the product to be simpler to compose UI (mainly MS Winforms) but I had to struggle with a complicated interface just to set, for example, a font. I realize that the hierarchical nature of their controls allows the product to achieve the maximum flexibility but I had to spend too much time on a tool that I meant to save my time instead.
