Wisej.NET Technology Partner Licenses

OEM style license for Independent Software Vendors (ISV) with the requirement to embed or resell Wisej.NET licenses.

Wisej.NET Licensing

Wisej.NET is licensed per developer and per server.
You will need a Wisej.NET Developer license for each member of the team. A Wisej.NET Server license is required for deployment purposes on each machine running Wisej.NET applications.

Subscriptions include new minor and major versions released for 12 months.
All commercial editions of Wisej.NET are perpetual. If the subscription expires, you can keep using the current version, but you will not get access to updates and future versions of Wisej.NET.

As an Independent Software Vendor (ISV) you will need:

  • Wisej.NET Developer license per development machine.
  • Wisej.NET Server license for each server running Wisej in your company and at customer sites.

For bundling and re-distributing Wisej as OEM, please consider the Wisej.NET Technology Partner program.
Alternatively, end-customers may purchase their Wisej.NET runtime licenses directly.

As a Corporate IT Departments you will need:

  • Wisej.NET Developer license per development machine.
  • Wisej.NET Server license for each server running Wisej in your company.

The Wisej.NET Server Enterprise and Data Center editions include several server instances, in case you want to install Wisej.NET on testing, staging, or fail-over servers.

On-Premise Installations

  • If Wisej.NET Server is used on two machines, such as a production environment and in a separate test environment, two server instances have to be licensed.

Containerized Setup with Virtual Servers or Docker

  • If Wisej.NET Server is being used in a containerized setup (such as VM, Docker, etc.), the maximum number of actively running Wisej.NET server instances across all containers has to be licensed. If up to 20 containers can be active at a time and each container has one Wisej.NET Server instance, 20 server instances have to be licensed.

Hosted Application Services (Azure, AWS, ...)

  • If an application is deployed to a managed application hosting service such as Azure App Service, you will need a licensed Wisej.NET Server instance for each App Service Plan (on Azure) or for each Web Server instance. You can host unlimited App Services within a single App Service Plan or single Web Server. Different Applications limit still apply according to the server license type.
