功能

New Supported IDEs:
- Added full support for RAD Studio, Delphi and C++ Builder 13 Florence Update 2.
New Tools:
- Quadrant (included with TeeChart Pro). The Quadrant Tool divides the chart into four colored regions with independent text and formatting.
- Threshold (included with TeeChart Pro). The Threshold Tool allows you to set a threshold value on the chart, which can be used to highlight data points that exceed or fall below this value. You can highlight the crossing points of the series with the threshold value, and customize the appearance of the threshold line and points.
  - When using in combination with an Line or Area series, you can also customize the appearance of the line pens and brushes above and below the threshold.
  - When using in combination with a Point series, you can customize the appearance of the points.
Additions:
- New Axes.Isometric.Mode property to offer options to automatically keep one X unit and one Y unit the same size in 2D. The options include iaNone: normal axes. iaRescale: expand ranges. iaFit: fit the plot rectangle.

- Deleting a range of points from a series doesn't remove the marks.
- Load data from GeoJSON.
- LinePen border color overrides LineSeries color for Legend display.
- Wrong colors in TriSurface.
- Square boxes visible in TContourSeries.
- Store an internal Series Name property.
- Marks in Sankey series not respecting the ValueFormat or the Marks.Style properties.
- Wrong diagram in Sankey series.
- Sankey diagram disappears when node spacing exceeds the available chart area.
Tools Fixes:
- Calculation for Skewness and Kurtosis using TSeriesStatsTool.
- TDrawLine Rounding Errors With TDateTime X-Axis.

功能

New Series Type:
- New Tornado Series (included with TeeChart Pro only).
  - TornadoSeries A Tornado chart, based on horizontal bars, is useful to show relativities as a scaled set between two categories.
Additions:
- New SubMinorTicks property (of type TGaugeSeriesPointer) for TCircularGauge and TLinearGauge series.
- Combined with the also new MinorTickCount and SubMinorTickDistance properties, it allows to draw sub minor ticks between two minor ticks.
