This is an excellent component. I have used it extensively in a number of projects for both reading and writing Excel spreadsheets and it has never let me down. It's easy to get up and running with the component and it does exactly what it says on the tin. I would highly recommend it.

We have been using ExcelLite since version 1.4 and we are very satisfied with the product. Our application uses ExcelLite to open existing XLS files containing multi-sheet statistical forms and fill them with data. API is really straightforward and simple to use, with good help and plenty of included samples. We had one issue with shared formulas not being preserved but they provided us with custom beta build fixing the problem – few weeks before official release! Great support!
