Licensing

Visual WebGui Professional Studio w/ 1 year subscription - This license is licensed per developer seat. It includes version updates for the subscription validity period (1 year) if, for example, you buy V6.3x and V7 is released within your subscription period you will receive V7 as part of your subscription. Royalty free deployment of applications (up to 5 deployments, after which you require an OEM license). The included Technical Support Package provides unlimited access to commercial forums, attended by the Gizmox support team. Subscribers support queries will be attended with an SLA (service level agreement) of 24 hours and have the right to request bug prioritization.

Visual WebGui Professional Studio w/ 2 year subscription - This license is licensed per developer seat. It includes version updates for the subscription validity period (2 years) if, for example, you buy V6.3x and V7 is released within your subscription period you will receive V7 as part of your subscription. Royalty free deployment of applications (up to 5 deployments, after which you require an OEM license). The included Technical Support Package provides unlimited access to commercial forums, attended by the Gizmox support team. Visual WebGui Professional Studio w/ Perpetual license and x months of Technical Support - This license is licensed per developer seat. This license provides you with the ownership of a specific version (i.e. current Professional Studio version 6.x) and therefore you are entitled for version updates of that specific version only. Version means major release as indicated by first digit. Digits which are right to the decimal point indicate sub version. Royalty Free deployment of applications (up to 5 deployments, after which you require an OEM license). It includes the Technical Support Package providing x months of an unlimited access to commercial forums, attended by the Gizmox support team. Subscribers support queries will be attended with an SLA (service level agreement) of 24 hours.

Visual WebGui Professional Studio w/ Community Discount and 1 year subscription - This license is licensed per developer seat. It is only available upon submitting a valid case study to Gizmox. It includes version updates for the subscription validity period (1 year) if, for example, you buy V6.3x and V7 is released within your subscription period you will receive V7 as part of your subscription. Royalty free deployment of applications (up to 5 deployments, after which you require an OEM license). The included Technical Support Package provides unlimited access to commercial forums, attended by the Gizmox support team. Lifetime OEM / SaaS (Software as a service) distribution rights (This requires that you already own a Professional Studio License)
OEM / SaaS (Software as a service) license fee per named application for lifetime distribution rights - license your product to your end user organization, as you choose with no restrictions. This license allows you to remove the LGPL VWG waiver, and you do not have to notify your end user organization that you had embedded VWG in your product. This commercial distribution option entitles you to a lifetime royalty free deployment of that specific named application.
