We can supply any TeeChart JS license including new subscriptions, subscription renewals, and upgrades.

Commercial License
One software license is required per machine.

Each Developer license provides 1 year support services subscription with access to the official TeeChart JS release and Steema support forums.

The Server License is a license per Server Domain Network Server meaning the license is required for each Server Domain on a Network Server that the Software will reside on. Every machine installing, running and/or using the Software must have a licensed copy and its appropriate license.
(Server Licenses are for deployment outside of your organization. They require a TeeChart JS Developer License).

Non-Commercial License
You may not create derived works or distribute and publish the software in any manner that is primarily intended for or directed toward commercial advantage or private monetary compensation. Use of the Software on web pages with any profit-making purpose is considered as use for commercial advantage. Please read the End User License Agreement in the Evals and Downloads area for full terms.

Priority Support
Priority Support is an agreement that gives the subscriber a priority support link into Steema.
Features of the agreement are as follows:

  • 12 TeeChart Pro priority Questions. The priority questions may be used at any time during the subscription period in addition to use of standard support channels.
  • Priority mails are answered by a receipt confirmation and replied to within 48 hours during working hours.
  • Private newsgroups, access to preview releases.

License Agreements

FAQs

Is the license permanent (perpetual) or temporal (time-limited)?

TeeChart JS licenses are perpetual, and include a 1 Year Subscription for major and minor updates and upgrades, and access to technical support. For further information, please see the License Agreement.

What happens after my subscription expires?

After expiry, you will no longer receive updates, upgrades or technical support. For further information, please see the License Agreement.

Can I co-term (align) my existing licenses?

Yes. ComponentSource can arrange to co-term your licenses, even if they were not originally purchased through us. Please call us or to discuss your needs.

Can I upgrade my existing license?

Yes. It is possible to upgrade from earlier versions. Please call us or send us a message to discuss your needs.

Can I add a new license / previous version to my existing Steema account?

Yes. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Can I buy an old product version?

Steema does not sell previous versions directly, but purchasing any new license gives you access to download older versions of the same product.

Can I install my license on more than one machine?

Yes. The Development License allows one Developer to install the software to two machines provided they are not to be used concurrently. For further information, please see the License Agreement.

Is Source Code available?

No. Source Code is not available for TeeChart JS.

Can a license be transferred from one developer to another?

You can transfer the software (including all component parts) under the understanding that the transferee agrees to the terms and conditions of the license agreement. In this case, please contact Steema with written notification of the license transfer including contact details of the transferee.

What type of support do I get?

Steema offers standard support with all subscriptions.

Optional annual Priority Support includes:

  • Unlimited number of standard support requests
  • 12 priority questions per year
  • Guaranteed response time (normally answered within a few hours but guaranteed response within 24 hours Mon-Fri)
  • Remote assistance support
  • Access to preview releases
Does this product require online / offline activation?

TeeChart JS requires activation. If the machine to be activated is not connected to the Internet, you may use an online form on a separate machine to generate an activation code.
