One software license is required per Server.
SupportSmith IT Support is available in Professional and Corporate Editions.

Annual Maintenance Service:
Mandatory with your purchase. After the first year, the annual maintenance will be optional.
Nevertheless Cybele Software encourage customers to renew the annual maintenance contract in order to be eligible for technical support and product upgrades.
The maintenance fee after the first year will be 15% of the updated pricing list of the purchased product/s.

Important - Please note that there may be a delay before you can use this software as a unique License key has to be generated using your order details. The License Key to unlock the full retail version will be sent to you by email as soon as possible
