Licensing
One software license is required per user.
ANNUAL UPGRADE PROTECTION (AUP) Annual Upgrade Protection (AUP) is governed by Wise's current maintenance and support policies, which generally provide that Wise's packaging products (including Wise Package Studio, Enterprise Management, Quality Assurance, and Application Gateway) include one year of AUP from the date of product purchase, and Wise's developer products (including Wise for Windows Installer and Wise Installation System) do not include AUP. If your purchase of product includes AUP or if you have purchased AUP separately, Wise will provide you with any upgrades and updates for the Software that are released by Wise for general distribution to its other licensees during the period for which you are entitled to AUP. Any upgrades and updates will be licensed to you as "Software" pursuant to this EULA. Wise has no obligation to provide you with any upgrades or updates that are not released for general distribution to Wise's other licensees, and nothing herein entitles you to (i) any other versions of Software that are developed for different platforms or different operating systems, or (ii) any custom programs or custom modifications, improvements, or enhancements developed by Wise for other licensees.
