Vault Extension for Microsoft Visual Studio 2017 and Visual Studio 2019

• Added new event handling when Visual Studio's "Optimize Rendering for screens with different pixel densities (requires restart)" option is enabled.
• Modified the Vault Extension to account for changes within Visual Studio's code which caused an exception while adding a Visual Studio Installer -> Setup Wizard project in tandem with an MFC project.
• Adjusted the Add project dialog and progress bar indicator to support Display scaling up to 200%.
• Corrected issue found in some dialogs which would not invoke the Vault Extension's Help system.

Visual Studio Enhanced Client
