You are required to obtain the appropriate ImageGear for .NET Runtime Deployment Licenses / license agreement prior to deploying applications which contain Accusoft Pegasus code.

Accusoft Pegasus software applications and development tools are limited for use on a single CPU. Any runtimes or copies installed or distributed must be granted by a direct license from Pegasus Imaging Corporation. These 'license agreements' provide the terms and limits of number and usage.

Please note: There may be a delay before you can use this software as a unique license needs to be created for you. This will be emailed to you as soon as possible, usually within 1 business day.

1. CLIENT DEPLOYMENTS You are deploying Accusoft Pegasus code to one or more client computers. If the application using Accusoft Pegasus Code is part of a system or process that derives ongoing revenue, see license model number 3 below. If you are deploying a combination of Accusoft Pegasus technologies, special discounts apply.

2. SERVER DEPLOYMENTS You are deploying Accusoft Pegasus code to one or more server CPU cores. If the application using Accusoft Pegasus Code is part of a system or process that derives ongoing revenue, see license model number 3 below. If you are deploying a combination of Accusoft Pegasus technologies, special discounts apply. For both Client and Server deployment of Accusoft Pegasus code, please contact sales for assistance.

3. SCANNING SERVICE / PRINTING SERVICE / SERVICE PROVIDER / OUTSOURCE FACILITY / TIME SHARE / KIOSK / FACILITIES MANAGEMENT / APPLICATION SERVICE PROVIDER (ASP) DEPLOYMENTS Your company is a Scanning/Printing Service, Service Provider, Outsource Facility, Time Share company, Kiosk, Facilities Management company, or Application Service Provider (ASP) using Accusoft Pegasus code within your services. Ongoing revenues are derived from the use of Accusoft Pegasus Code within your service. Bundled pricing options are available if you are deploying more than one Accusoft Pegasus product in the same application. Mandatory annual support contracts are required for these deployments. Contact sales to set up a yearly contract for both a Chariot and Galleon Support Plan. Please describe your deployment of Accusoft Pegasus Code to receive an accurate quote.

Please note: In order to receive your development/developer (SDK) license key you may be required to purchase runtime licenses at the same time. (Usually a minimum of 5 runtime licenses is required).
If you are purchasing additional developer licenses this requirement may not be necessary providing you already have a Runtime license agreement with Accusoft, you will still need to purchase runtime licenses according to your deployment needs.
