¿La licencia es permanente (perpetua) o temporal?

Todas las licencias de pago de jQWidgets son permanentes y vienen con una suscripción de 1 o 2 años que incluye actualizaciones y soporte. Puede seguir utilizando el producto con licencia una vez finalizado el período de suscripción.

¿Qué sucede después de que caduque mi suscripción?

Puede seguir utilizando el producto con licencia durante el tiempo que lo necesite. La caducidad de la suscripción significa que ya no se le emitirá ninguna actualización de producto ni podrá acceder al soporte (excepto los foros de la comunidad). Puede renovar su suscripción a un coste menor que la compra de una nueva licencia.

¿Puedo alinear (sincronizar) mis licencias actuales?

Sí: ComponentSource puede alinear sus licencias aunque no las comprara originalmente a través de nosotros. Llámenos o para abordar sus necesidades.

¿Puedo cambiar mi licencia a una versión superior/inferior?

Es posible actualizar desde versiones anteriores. Llámenos o envíenos un mensaje para abordar sus necesidades.

¿Puedo comprar una versión de producto antigua?

jQWidgets no vende versiones anteriores directamente, pero si compra una nueva licencia también puede descargar y utilizar versiones anteriores. Tenga en cuenta que jQWidgets recomienda utilizar la última versión.

¿Puedo instalar mi licencia en más de un equipo?

Sí. La licencia de jQWidgets es por desarrollador, no por ordenador.

¿Está disponible el código fuente?

Sí, el código fuente se incluye con Developer License y Team License. Website License y Non-Commercial Licenses no incluyen el código fuente.

¿Se puede transferir una licencia de un desarrollador a otro?

Sí. Las licencias se pueden transferir a otro desarrollador.

¿Qué tipo de soporte recibo?

La Non-Commercial License solo permite el acceso a los foros comunitarios.

La Website License cuenta con Standard Support, que incluye soporte técnico durante 1 año con 10 incidentes de soporte y un tiempo de respuesta de 48 horas.

La Developer License cuenta con Premium Support, que incluye soporte técnico durante 1 año con 40 incidentes de soporte y un tiempo de respuesta de 24 horas.

La Team License cuenta con Platinum Support, que incluye soporte técnico durante 1 año con incidentes de soporte ilimitados y un tiempo de respuesta de 24 horas.

¿Requiere jQWidgets activación online / offline?

No. jQWidgets no requiere activación.
