• nel periodo dal 1° gennaio 2007 al 31 dicembre 2007, inclusi
• le vendite effettuate in valute diverse da USD $ sono state convertite in USD $ per ottenere un valore totale finale
• l'elenco è stato quindi ordinato e i premi sono stati assegnati in base alla classifica ottenuta
