Add Bookmark Navigation to PDF Apps

PDF4NET is a .NET library for generating, importing, and manipulating PDF documents on the fly from any .NET application. It does not rely on any Adobe products for creating or importing PDF files. PDF4NET hides the complex structure of PDF files behind a simple object model that allows creation of complex PDF files with a few lines of code.

The PDF4NET 16.4.0 release introduces PDFDocumentOutlineView, an interactive PDF bookmarks viewer control for Windows Forms and WPF applications (available with PDF4NET+PDF4NET.Render licenses). Users can click bookmarks to navigate directly to the corresponding document sections, making it easier to locate content in long documents without scrolling through individual pages. An optional toolbar or context menu also lets users add, edit, and delete bookmarks.
