Solutions Schedule for .NET is licensed in three product subscription formats targeting three typical development and deployment requirements:

• Standard primary developer license (royalty-free).
• Corporate internal deployment license (royalty).
• Enterprise commercial distribution site license (royalty-free).

Each license offers its own set of product features and distribution licensing.

Standard Edition Licensing Options
Standard Edition Development Product License - this license is offered with a unique set of product features combined with a traditional developer / system activation and distribution policy. The Standard Edition License is offered on a per developer basis allowing a maximum of two product activations at any one time and incorporates a royalty-free runtime distribution agreement. Single Developer, Five Developer and Site Licenses are provided under the Standard Product License.

Corporate Edition Licensing Options
Corporate Development License - is offered with the full set of product features combined with a per developer policy allowing for a maximum of two product activations at any one time. The Corporate License is structured for corporate development where commercial distribution is not typically required. Distribution of the component as part of an application used internally within the licensed organization is royalty-free. Distribution of the Corporate Edition component external to the licensed organization requires a commercial distribution royalty agreement covering those products incorporating DBI's intellectual property in commercially distributed software. The distribution royalty fee is $50.00 per runtime license sold in minimum lots of 20 distribution licenses. Please contact sales@componentsource.com for a quote.

Enterprise Edition Licensing Option
Enterprise Development License - this license is offered with the full set of product features, structured for Enterprise commercial development with traditional commercial software distribution requirements. The Enterprise Development License carries a commercial distribution royalty-free agreement covering all products incorporating DBI's intellectual property in commercially distributed software. Each Enterprise Edition license accommodates a maximum of 100 concurrent activations allowing for multiple combinations of desktop, laptop and build server configurations.

Subscription Renewals
Product subscriptions may be renewed at any time prior to a products' anniversary date ensuring timely component and product updates and upgrades, ongoing direct access to the products' technical support group and full product access via the Product Manager including online license management for the continuing subscription period.
For lapsed subscriptions, a 'new subscription' may be purchased for that product.
