One software license is required per machine. Run-time royalty free. Includes 1 Year Subscription for minor and major updates and upgrades.

Web Server License
A TeeChart Web Server license is required for each web server serving the Control with a serverside scriptable module. (Please note requires a valid developer license)

Priority Support
One year of priority, remote and rapid response support:

  • Unlimited number of standard support requests - With the priority support subscription your organisation may send as many non-priority support requests as needed, plus 12 priority questions.
  • Guaranteed response time - For priority questions you will be given an exclusive priority support email address; normally you will receive a response within a few working hours but Steem Software guarantee that you will receive a reply within at most 24 hours during working hours, Monday to Friday.
  • Remote assistance support - Steema Software's support tech can access your system directly if required or you can keep control of your machine and we’ll provide detailed guidance on how to resolve the problem. (Remote Desktop powered by FixMe.IT)
  • Access to preview releases - Subscribers have access to preview releases of the products under support.

Subscription Renewal
Extends your current subscription for 1 Year.
1 Month Grace Period for Expired suscriptions is available, after that you will need to buy the corresponding upgrade price option.

¿Puedo comprar una versión de producto antigua?

Steema no vende versiones anteriores directamente, pero la compra de cualquier nueva licencia le da acceso a descargar versiones anteriores del mismo producto.

¿Puedo instalar mi licencia en más de un equipo?

Sí. La Development License (licencia de desarrollo) permite a un desarrollador instalar el software en dos ordenadores, siempre que no se utilicen simultáneamente. Para obtener más información, consulte el Contrato de licencia.

¿Está disponible el código fuente?

Aunque el código fuente (Source Code) no está disponible para TeeChart for .NET Standard Business Edition, también está disponible TeeChart for Visual Studio .NET with Source.

¿Se puede transferir una licencia de un desarrollador a otro?

Puede ceder el software (incluidos todos los componentes) siempre y cuando el cesionario acepte los términos y condiciones del contrato de licencia. En este caso, póngase en contacto con Steema para notificar por escrito la cesión de la licencia, incluidos los datos de contacto del cesionario.
